We have added the water park and Disney Quest option to our tickets. We will be there for 11 days and thus have 6 entrys each. Just wondering how long most people stay at the water parks and Disney Quest?

I'm thinking of a few mornings heading to the water parks first (9-2ish) and then hitting a park in the early afternoon. Will that be enough time to enjoy the water park?

What about Disney Quest? I have a six year old girl who isn't much into video games. How long should I plan?

We enjoy all day at the water parks. Afterwards we either head to DTD after getting cleaned up, eat at one of the resorts or enjoy our resort. We usually spend about 4 hours at DQ. I think the kids and DH could stay longer. I enjoy it, but a few hours is all I can take. :goodvibes

Last September, we spent a total of about 4 hours in DTD, almost 2 of those hours were in DQ. We were ready to leave. Can't say it was really DQ's noise that made us want to leave. We were already tired from driving, oldest DS lost a contact (other contacts and glasses were back at room) , I think the noise was the straw that broke the camels back.

We didn't get to finish Blizzard Beach, due to a storm, we only spent less than 2 hours there, and rode about 4 rides.

Typhoon Lagoon, we arrived around 10:00 a.m. and left at 4:00 p.m. We did everything we wanted to, by 3:00, and spent our last hour in the wave pool. The wave pool finish was our 2nd time in there that day. We only spent about 45 minutes in it the first time. My DS10 would spend all day just in the wave pool, if the rest of us would let him.

So, when we plan a water park, we don't plan any other parks.

We really enjoy the waterparks, but from opening until 1 or 2 pm is enough for us. You can ride the slides early without long lines, then when the lines are longer go on the river, the big wave pools, etc. You should have plenty of time to do it all (and then some) by 2pm, IMO. Have fun!!!

DQ makes us motion sick -- the one time we went we spent 30mins in line, 5 mins at an attraction, and about 2 hours to feel good enough to drive back to our resort!!!
