I tried the search but came up empty. My neighbor has park hopper passes with the water park option. he is planning on visiting both Disney waterparks on the same day. I thought I read a prior post that you cannot visit two water parks in one day, as the KTTK tracking system cannot recognize them.
Is this true of false?

Thanks.

You can visit both water parks on the same day, but it will cost you two "options".

Yes, your neighbor can visit both water parks on the same day. This has nothing to do with the park hopping option. 'Hopping' only applies to the four major theme parks (MK, EPCOT, DS/MGM & DAK).

Water Park visits count as 'plus options'. Simply put, you use up one 'plus' per water park visit. You can not 'hop' from one WP to the other using 'park hopper'--each admission counts separately. So two WP admissions uses up two 'plus options', whether they are visited on the same day, or on different days.

However, just as with non-hopper major park passes, you can enter/exit any ONE water park as often as you want on a given day and use only one option.
