please can you tell me if I can use this in the pic for adults and go on all of the water slides in both parks

Is the zipper metal of plastic? If it's metal it is probably prohibited as that can scratch a slide surface. If plastic, I don't see why it would be a problem.
 
What is it made of?
If it's wetsuit material, I'd say no since you won't slide well on the body slides, should be fine on the tube slides though

Well, metal is prohibited in general, even on the front. They may or may not call you on it. If the life jacket is covering it, they may not even notice, though is it worth the risk.

For what it's worth, I actually kinda like it for water park touring if it had a plastic zipper.
 
It doesn't matter where it is, if there's metal, you can't wear it on the slides. Just get a rash guard that doesn't have a zipper.
 
How picky are they about metal. Metal adjusters for strap lengths on a bathing suit ok (like on bras)?
