Anyone tried the water parks in January? I know that BB will be open. Is the weather ever really warm enough to get wet? I can't imagine getting out of a pool when it's in the low 70s outside, let alone any colder.

Is this just for die-hard waterslide fans or polar bears?:worried:

I am neither a die-hard waterslide fan, nor am I a polar bear, but I *have* been to the waterparks in January! :teeth: It all depends on the temperature outside on the day you go. The water itself is heated, it's just when you're walking around outside you might feel cold. We found it to be a very pleasant experience-short lines and it wasn't too cold. I think it was in the mid 70's the day we went.

When in January are you going? I went last year the first-second weeks and it was FREEZING...But it all depends on how the weather is when you're down there

TL is down right now for rehab until mid February, so BB is the only waterpark open.

Thanks--I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed for *warm* weather. But I guess when it's 25 degrees here at home in January, I'll be quite happy with even 70 degrees! :bounce:

Thanks for the link to the 15 day forcast. We will be going to Disney in about a month. I will be sure to use it so I can pack the right clothes.

Thx for the link, we are playing in a soccer tournament in Orlando the middle of January and this will help us to plan our trip.:jester:

glad everyone can use the link! I found it helpful too and decided to pass it on!
