water park hours early June

We are planning to visit Blizzard Beach during our first week of June visit. Right now the hours are listed as 9:00-6:00. Are water parks like the other WDW parks where as the date gets closer, the hours sometimes change?

I was really hoping to spend a morning in Epcot or DAK, then arrive at Blizzard Beach around 2:00 or so. However, I'm not sure 3-4 hours will give us enough time.

Historically, both Water Parks close at 6:00PM through the first week of June.

Starting around the second full week of June, they both start closing at 8:00PM.

FWIW, I'd consider 4 hours at a Water Park pretty much all I'd need in a "day."
