Water Park and more option...question

I'm looking at the description of the tickets and it says that you can go to either of the mini-golf courses but only prior to 4pm. Is this really true? I recall going at night a few years ago and using the credit. Though now I'm thinking they just charged it to my room when I thought the credit was being used. Does anyone know for sure if this 4pm thing is set in stone?

1. With the WPF&M option, that's how it works.
2. MiniGolf was not part of WPF&M a few years ago.

Robo is correct on both counts, and yes, the 4pm thing is set in stone.

Oh well. It still seems to to worth it price wise if you go to a water park at least twice. Maybe I can sneak in the mini golf early but I highly doubt it.
