water parade

I have a quick question about the water parade. Do you have to be staying on a Disney Resort to see these? What times are they at, and what Resorts do they pass by?

No, you don't have to be a resort guest to see it.

Iy shows rught sgter 9:00 at the Poly, then 9:15 @ GF, then 9:30 @ WL, then 9:45 @ FW, then 10:00 @ CR. Or pretty close to those times anyway.
