Hi,
Will Staples deliver to the resort? We usually order from Costco but Staples is half the price and we order 5 cases of water. (24 -1/2 litre bottle per case)
Has znyone ordered from them?

We order from them all of the time. Every trip!!

We've done it in the past with no problems at all. When I did it I called and told them our arrival date and they took care of everything. We haven't used them for a couple of years, but hopefully it will still work.

I've ordered 3-5 days in advance. It's always there waiting when I check in.

We always order our cases of water from Staples when we go to WDW. I like Deer Park water which is not regionally available in the South, so I order a week or so ahead of time since I know they have to ship it in from out of the area.

FYI, if anyone in your party is a teacher and has a Staples Teacher Rewards card, they get free shipping on all Staples orders with no minimum purchase required.

Thank You everyone.
I ordered my water from Staples yesterday and spoke to their Customer service rep and she said the water would be delivered to the resort on Jan 6 (Friday).
Right now there is free shipping on everything at Staples this week.
5 cases of water from Staples (free del) $ 24.95
5 cases of the same water from Costco $42.45

Thank you all for letting me know about Staples... that is a significant savings.

Just an FYI, if you are in a moderate or deluxe resort they will charge another 10$ delivery fee as Staples sends UPS and it does not directly reach the hotel. One of the reasons I used turner drugs for water this time.

I think this is only true if the resort is also a convention resort because the package goes through the convention facility. We have never had the surcharge at the non-convention resorts, but it's certainly worth a call to check.

Yep, the convention resorts charge for deliveries. That would be BWI (BWV?), YC, CR, GF & CSR.

YC = Yacht Club?

Which are the convention resorts? I am staying at Animal Kingdom, Beach Club, and Bay Lake Towers and want to make sure my water delivery is okay (and I won't be charged extra).

Thanks!

Yep, YC = Yacht Club. BLT could be considered a convention resort as it is attached to the CR (CR = Contemporary). Could be worth a call to check.

ya this was for CSR i was talking about. Call and confirm is the best way to go. I also liked turner drugs as they get you a lot of stuff u may need

I have had water delivered from Costco , they use UPS and I have never had a surcharge at POR. The only time we had a surcharge was at CSR and it took them 3 days into our stay to locate our water and when the cases were finally delivered they were half emptied and taped up.
We had 3 stays at CSR and would never stay there again. The pool and grounds are lovely but there is no Disney feel to the Resort. It is very much like staying off site.
