So...Staples or Amazon?

I need the water at Pop Century on August 11 - when should I order?

We have always used Costco or Walmart, but not this time..

If Amazon has availability then it should be fine, but their availability changes frequently. Staples seems fine too, and even if you don't get the free shipping the delivery charge is less than $10.

We wound up going with Garden Grocer because there were a few other things we wanted besides water that helped meet the $40 minimum and cover the delivery fee, but for just water Amazon sometimes seems good and not at others, while Staples seems pretty consistent.

Just went to Staples.com. Saw the water for $5.99 but there's $10 shipping cost. How do you get the Free Shipping?

Also, how far in advance can you order it?
Do you get confirmation of delivery?

Would u order 1 week b4 or 2 weeks b4?

You get free shipping by becoming a rewards member. It is free to join. I just went on Staples.com, however, and they are reporting that the water available in Florida is out of stock; same on Walmart.com. Amazon is showing availability, but you do have to pay shipping. Prob still cheaper than buying it in the parks.

Other than water - what are other things to ship to the resort - Would Amazon be a good choice to use?

How soon do you suggest ordering water from Walmart or Staples? A week before arriving/4 days before? We will be coming into Disney on Dec 12th (3 weeks from TODAY!)

I ordered mine from Costco. You do not have to be a member to order from them.We were arriving on a Sunday I ordered it the previous Monday and it got there on Friday. They had trouble finding it at the hotel, but they finally did locate it. It was somewhere there for 3 days. So I would suggest maybe 3 or 4 days before, if ordering from Costco.

As I understand it, you can sign up for Staples Rewards (free) to get free shipping from the website.

ok im am going to ask has anyone ordered beer and wine from this garden grocer store. we are staying at thee beach club villa and not under DVC points. I am just wondering how this works with beer. Since we plan on taking breaks from the park and head back to the room for a nap for our 4 year old.

It works the same as when you order groceries. They deliver your order to the resort and if you're not checked in yet or are at the parks etc, they will leave your order with Bell Services. The only extra thing you have to do is fax them a copy of your ID (Passport, Drivers License, State ID) for proof of age.

i am using them for my upcoming trip this spring and I already ordered my groceries. Just know you must spend at least $40 and there is a $12 delivery charge. If you order 60 days out, they will give you an automatic 10% discount. They deliver the day to get to the resort, or any day you want, in the time allotted that you choose.

I simply took a photo of my drivers license and texted or emailed it to them. No need for a fax unless that is more convenient for you.

You email the ID to garden grocer or Disney? Should that make me nervous at all sending a photocopy of my ID (or just don't worry about it and make sure the fridge is well stocked)?
