Ditto. There are lots of water fountains so you can refill from those, I do. The water is not always cold but it's the same water you get from the refill stations.
While I agree with your statement, I also wouldn’t use them. I see so many people drinking from their bottles and then touching their bottles to the spouts in a lot of places that have refill stations. So many people just are inconsiderate or don’t care. My last trip staying at the French Quarter, every morning at the coffee refill stations, people would fill, drink and then fill coffee mugs, cups, etc. I saw people resting their bottles or cups right on the spouts. yuck.Thank you. I guess Disney still cares more about selling overpriced bottled water than reducing plastic bottle waste. It is a shame there are not more water refill stations.
What size metal bottle do you use?I fill my Simple Modern metal bottle with ice in the morning and then water. The ice remains for most of the day, so even if I refill with water that isn’t very cold, my water still remains chilled. And when we can’t find a bottle refill station, we get water from any quick service.
Almost impossible to get a cup of ice water at a quick service restaurant that has mobile ordering. Only one entrance, and that's for pickups only. I, for one, refuse to pay $3.00 for bottled water. I'd love to know if the bottles are really recycled. You can also ask for water/ice at any snack stand that has fountain drinks. No need to wait in line at a quick service.
We were there last week and didn't have any trouble getting water. Most places had them all poured and sitting on a tray. We just had to tell the CM at the entrance that we were getting water and they let us right in.Almost impossible to get a cup of ice water at a quick service restaurant that has mobile ordering. Last trip, we took 20 ounce bottles and we’d usually refill 3 or 4 times. We got new Disney themed Simple Modern bottles for the next trip and they are 24 ounce. I have larger ones, but I feel like they are too heavy to lug around all day when they are full. What size metal bottle do you use?

We we informed by one of the bus drivers that Disney has an amazing recycling program and that 90-95% of all the trash is recycled appropriately.Almost impossible to get a cup of ice water at a quick service restaurant that has mobile ordering. A little off topic but we were talking about waste (wasted food) with our server at Liberty Tree because we were feeling badly that he brought us some additional items that we didn't eat. He assured us it does not go to waste and that Disney has a great program for putting food scraps to use.We we informed by one of the bus drivers that Disney has an amazing recycling program and that 90-95% of all the trash is recycled appropriately.
