Everyone is doing great and like we said on the other thread- what matters here is the fact that- you're conditioning your body to be healthier! Whether you lose 1 pound or 10- getting out there, eating right, and exercising will help ALL OF US during our stay at WDW!

I got in a second work-out today. That's the only reason I like working out in the morning- it gives me the OPTION of getting in a second one at night. Otherwise, I tend to procrastinate and not even get ONE workout in there! (I have a cheap elliptical machine from Walmart- so that's what I usually use).
Way to go ladies!
I did not have a good day today. I ate everything wrong and did no exercise. What in the heck is wrong with me???????Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day. I was just not in the mood for some reason.

Let's see a recap of meals....hmmm b-fast cup of coffee, mid day snack...slice of angle food cake with a blob of lite whip cream (strawberries went bad)...late lunch turkey sand with lite mayo/mustard and a slice of cheese
...then dinner...a hamburger

QOTD: I would like to lose weight for lots of Lori's reasons, but here's my addition: So my shorts stop riding up between my legs! I HATE that!!!! It is so annoying and not to mention uncomfortable!

oh that's easy!
1) I want to LIVE long enough to see grandchildren
2) I want to live long enough to travel the world
3) I want to FIT into the rides at WDW comfortably!
4) More energy & less fatigue!
5) I want to look good!!!!!!
I did ok yesterday - exercised for 60 min (walk) ate pretty good, until last night...took dh to see Billy Joel for his bday...& the glowing margarita glasses were too much for me to resist! So I had 3! - that's my biggest downfall! drinking! How awful is THAT? I mean I don't drink a lot! but every weekend it seems I end up having 5 or 6 drinks spread out by 2 days & that's A lot of calories!!!! Need to find a drink I like.....with fewer calories in there....
truly knows what you mean... I dont do it every nite but when I have some downtime it is really nice to unwind with something Ice chilled in your hands...![]()

You've got some great reasons !!I want to lose weight...
Because my Mom is constantly dealing with a bad back and we all know if she weighed a little less, she'd be in less pain.
Because my Grandma knew I could do it and although she passed away in March, I know she'd be proud of me, no matter what.
Because I want to be able to go-go-go instead of slowing down the family in September.
Because I want to live as long as possible and not die from clogged arteries or whatever other health concerns surround fat people.
Because yes, I'd like to wear nice clothes again. My body shape is right 'there' on the verge of being able to wear the (albeit HUGE) largest sizes of the 'normal' clothes and HAVING to wear the 'plus' size clothes. A little frustrating when I KNOW it's all MY FAULT!
I was really tired getting up today- my scale shows a slight gain (Yes, I'm bad- I watch the scale daily- bad habit, but I do it). This thread is just what I need to get my booty in gear and get on my elliptical machine. Thanks!![]()

I'm done with my working out- I did it. LOL. That's all. I'm actually rather proud that I've worked out for two weeks now without making any excuses (and goodness I've got a lot of excuses!!!).
Usually during the last 20 minutes, I close my eyes and think of walking around the World Showcase (if I ever use incorrect terms- let me know- I've only been ONCE, poor me!) and what I'm going to eat at Epcot![]()

This afternoon I worked on the spreadsheet I will be using to enter everyone's information into and keep track of it.
I decided it might be useful for all of us to use individually as well. You can keep your weight weekly or for those of us who weigh daily![]()
It doesn't matter as long as we watch those numbers go down.
To be able to use this spreadsheet you will need to have Microsoft Excel or a similar program.
When you follow the link, click on Save and pick the file you want it saved to. If you aren't familiar on how to do this - it is easiest to save it to your desktop and then move it to the folder you want it in.
