Hi y'all! I'm back! We had a nice weekend, but we are exhausted. I am trying to wake up the boys right now, I might need to go get a bucket of water. After I take them to school I have to go get Slobbermouth and Little Joe from the kennel. I will check back in a little later, why did I make a drs. appointment on the day after we got back? All I want to do is go back to sleep. Darn school.

Hope everybody is feeling well today..special hugs to Lara and Monique and all that need an extra...

Lara - Hope you're feeling better soon.

My neighbor and another friend, with input from DH's assistant threw me a shower on Saturday. It was nice. Had a good time. LONG day. I was surprised tho, didn't get a whole lot off of my registry. Tons of onesies. I need to go up and sort thru stuff later especially by size. I'm not going to open and wash the smaller ones until I see how big she is when she comes.

So, I still need to get LOTS of stuff. DH and I were discussing yesterday about the stuff I need to get and how much I'm going to spend on it all. I'm guessing high and he's guessing low $$ wise. We'll see.

I know, right? I'm like, we haven't bought her car seat, we have had offers of borrowing a bassinet, but our room isn't that big and we can't rearrange our furniture. It has to stay where it's at, so a lot of them have really wide bases, the Eddier Bauer one at Target doesn't. It would fit right at the end of our bed, so I'm leaning toward that. Plus just lots of little stuff I thought I might get at the shower, like crib sheets, changing pad thingie, covers for it. It adds up!! Plus I still want a glider rocker with foot rest for her room.

OH well, he won't say boo when he sees the Mastercard bill.

I am glad the shower went well. DH is wrong money will be high. Baby stuff is so cute and little and cost to much.
