Are we all wearing green on sunday?

or will I have to ask the restaurant where are the DIS'rs

LOL, I won't confuse the restaurant with the DISer title. I will put it under my first name--Linda. I can't imagine that there will be many if any other groups in the restaurant at that time. But yes, I will have green on--a lime green Tinkerbell fleece!

Now I just have to make the ressie tomorrow! They said to call on Sat or Sun and let them know so they'll have the table set up, but I get nervous having to wait! You all need to remind me tomorrow!

Looks like 16-17. There were about 7 more that expressed an interest on the initial thread that have not responded to this one, so I'm assuming that they won't be coming. The restaurant seems pretty flexible, though, and I don't think they'd even mind pulling up another table if we have some show.

Oh, I need to remember to get nametags. Wonder if I can find lime green ones.

Oh my, I was so hoping we could make this Dis meet and put faces too names. However, having just come back and unwinding from our Bermuda trip, there is so much to catch up on. Sadly, we have three sick relatives in hospital and nursing home we really need to visit this week end.

It sounds like such fun and I will be with you all in spirit. Please take lots of pix to post. Have a great luncheon and meet!

I guess I will not be attending this one. I've actually got nothing to do tomorrow, but I'm so "beside" myself with anxiety over my surgeries on Wednesday that, I promise you, I would not be any fun. Maybe there will be a next time?

At any rate, I hope someone brings a camera and posts some pictures. I always enjoy when Dan Murphy posts his DIS meet pictures.

I will try to make it there. I will be down the road anyway visiting my Dad at Fairfax hospital. He is finally making some progress, so I would feel comfortable slipping out for an hour or so.

I'll essentially be single too-Madison is coming, but she's 1 so not much company. And right now she loves to say "Mommy shhh. Stop" if I'm talking or 'annoying' her.

My husband's at an interview right now, then he's driving to NYC tonight for another interview tomorrow night and Monday, so I'll be looking forward to the adult conversation time.

You are welcome to come even if you don't think that you'll be the best company! What are friends for, even cyber friends? Maybe a change of scenery would not hurt and might even help.

Justhat, funny about Madison telling you to "Shhh". Love that stage. My 12yo is in that stage right now (I think my breathing bothers him LOL) and it's much cuter in a toddler than a preteen.

Oh, and Christine, I forgot to mention--I'm on a 10 day course of Prenisone to try and break my cycle of migraines, so who knows which Linda will show up tomorrow. Will it be , , or ?

Christine I just wanted to add that you should come too-maybe it will help take your mind off things for a little while. Really don't worry about ruining anyone's fun-if I were worried about that I'd stay home as a 1yo can often be a party damperer too!

Oh, and T&B, I thought it was super-cute when Madison would tell my husband "Daddy shhhh" when he'd cough during the night (they were both sick with a cold/cough the whole week we were on vacation, and we all had to sleep in 1 bed so apparently his coughing annoyed her). When she said it to me though after I asked her to keep her socks and shoes on in the stroller (after we'd already had a very kind person chase us down with a small pink show) I did not find it as funny. Good to hear that the behavior comes back with they're teens!
