Was Disneyland Records Disney's first ever record label before Walt Disney Records debuted?

I read in the 60's that Disney had created a record label called Disneyland Records that seemed to be named after the theme park and I'm wondering if Disneyland Records was indeed Disney's first record label in history? Disneyland Records made the Disney Read-Along book and record series and made some of the first Disney movie soundtrack records. It appears that Disneyland Records went defunct in the 90's and all the records were released on Walt Disney Records
What's the history of Disneyland Records?
 
Why exactly made Disneyland Records go broke in the 90's? Was Disney starting to create Walt Disney Records in the 90's or was Disneyland Records forced to change it's name to avoid confusion with the theme park? It was amazing that Disney had gotten into music and wanted to add some of their soundtracks to this label and now they founded Hollywood Records and Buena Vista Records but Disneyland Records was the best label for Disney to experiment with
