Was anyone ever shown the abortion video "Silent Scream" for educational purposes?

I just remembered being shown this video during my maternity rotation in college (for nursing). This was over 25 years ago and I can recall one of the other nursing students running out of the room in tears (she had just lost a baby to SIDS).

I wonder how many other students in the healthcare profession were shown this. Heck, i wonder what students, period, had it has part of the curriculum. Anyone?

I've never heard of it, but granted I'm not a med student. Was it a purely educational video, or did it have an agenda?

(when I googled, it was on several pro-life websites, so it seems like it was an anti-abortion video)

No, thank goodness, and I would question an educational institution that showed it. It's definitely got an agenda. That is clear from the title, alone.
