Amanda - SOmebody has ressurected teh History of WISH thread. A very good read. There are links in there to the first 2 years of WISH teram adn how many of us started out only dreaming of doing what we have now doen several times. I'm worried tha tyou are hurting. While shoes are a nice prize, if you are hurting, get them now. It may also be that you are voerdoing or something is catching up with you this week. Listen to your body, when things hurt, you need a break. Very hard thing to learn and not feel like you are being lazy, but proper rest can be just as important as proper training.
Been lazy the last 2 nights.
Know I can't be tonight at least, as it's swim clinic. Still, I am only runnign twice a week, missing 1 is not good. Must kick it in gear next week. Of course, swim clinic is twice this week as a make up, so I keep telling myself I am not missing too much. Still, I habit I need to kick quickly.
