Warning: Le Cellier Menu Has Changed!

I'm still really bummed about the menu changes. I can't change my ADR for it because my aunt and uncle are coming and both really love it there!

If they want to bring in variety then do so, have a daily chef special, but where certain dishes are popular, and because of this the restaurant is seating at capacity, you have to question the wisdom in removing these items. Disney will know how well each dish is selling, so it's not that difficult to work the math on it.

I will be disappointed as the filet from Le Cellier and concourse were my favourite steak meals, and I know I am already losing the concourse, so to lose LC as well, is a kicker for me personally.

The daily special is a wonderful option... We too are finding the loss of concorse steak and the change at le Cellier discouraging (along with many other things) We are not so please when it comes to the direction disney is taking as a Vacation Destination.. it is not your local resturant that you visit whenever you choose. It is a destination location where people look forward to certian things. I like variety as well, but it can be brought about in better ways.

I'm not sure what the big deal is. I always thought that restaurants change their menus several times a year and it is to be expected. I believe they do have the right to do this.

Several times a year seems a bit much. That is definately not good if you want to keep a loyal customer base.
Disney has a right to do many things, but how their guests/customers welcome that change is important. Our upcoming trip will more than likely be our last for some time... I do not mean that in a bitter way, it is just that MANY of the changes they have been making are not suiting our needs so will will go elsewhere... a good opportunity for us to break from the disney tradition..

I am here now, will go to Epcot tomorrow and take menu pics

The mustard taste is not strong at ALL. It just makes the chicken very tender and moist, it was delicious.

Thanks!! That is good news. I actually am a fan of Chicken over steak, but like a good filet now and then. I will keep Le Cellier in mind then when we are planning our dining.
