Casual meaning only watching every so often
I would say
Dedicated
Cricket
Football

Casual
Tennis only when Wimbledon
Athletics only when Olympics season

I used to love most sports. But over the years, the money has ruined it for me. It's bonkers how much money sports suck up. When I think about what the millions that just one football team is spending, I get a little ill. And the greedy oligarch owners who throw the fanbase and cities under the bus when a better offer comes along. Ugh. And now with NIL college sports are ruined for me, too. That money could do so much more. To be fair, I feel the same about a lot of things, like Hollywood movies, where the spending is just gross. I get that people need entertainment, but to me most of it has just gone over the top and isn't something I readily support anymore.

I still do enjoy the Olympics to an extent, which makes me a huge hypocrite because the level of corruption and spending in that is insane. I cling, though, to nostalgic rooting for athletes for whom the Olympics is the greatest honor, even though the system is a mess. I do not root for or watch the sports that they've let professionals into. I wish the whole thing had stayed amateur only. But, again, money and pros bring in more money.

VEry casual - emphasis on causal, basketball and hockey. I do not follow closely, but I might check out a game here and there.
