Yes, it is soooo cold out there and the wind is howling.

When we decided to buy a bigger house, I asked my supervisor at work to let me know if anything "interesting" came up as far as different locations (we were in NJ) - hey, we were going to be moving anyway! DW & I agreed that we wanted to go someplace with real snow (NJ gets ice & cold rain more) or no snow. 7 years later & I put up my Christmas lights in shorts yesterday. It takes me 3 hours to drive to DW & 4 to DCL. Every year, our town has a snow festival where they bring in truckloads for the kids to play with if we really miss it.
Nope, we're not going back!

DH had to run out for milk this morning, and he FROZE.

Yes it sure is cold here and in my house too! We ran out of oil overnight and the house is at 55 degrees. I'm sick and miserable with a runny nose, sneezing, etc. My DH told me over and over to call for oil and I just spaced it. He had to run out of diesel fuel to hold us over until tomorrow when the oil can be delivered.

We've got wind advisories here also. WAH!! I feel yucky!

betz that is why you have to have your paper person deliver to your doorstep Our paper was on the steps infront of our door at the end of the car-port. Just opening the door was chilly I would never make it to the end of the driveway.
