This July is our 20th wedding anniversary. We have been talking for a couple of years about how to make this a special vacation and I am concerned about how a possible war will impact travel. We had hoped to go to Paris, well that is out. Now we are talking about the Bahamas or a cruise. I am worried about making plans, making deposits and then having to cancel and possibly lose our deposits and be disappointed all over again. My husband has wanted to go to Paris since we have known each other. Does anyone know if cruise insurance covers war? My memory is that is doesn't but I'm likely wrong. Your thoughts and suggestions??

heck, if i were you, i'd go to paris! :)

life is too short, and you could die tomorrow in a car accident or something.

i don't think most travel insurance includes times of war, but i don't know for sure.

I agree, go to Paris!!! If that is your DREAM then you should do it.

Life is for LIVING, not hiding from the possibilities. :)

No insurance covers acts of war, just FYI.

Oh Paris... That would be such a cool place for your celebration. Have you been there? It is so romantic!! I loved it. Personally I think you would be safer there then in the Bahamas. Europeon police have been dealing with terrorism for much longer than American Police. Those cops are ARMED and ready!

And July is sale month in Paris!
