The menu we were served on May 27th, which was family style, started with Taste of Africa bread selection. Appetizers included: Savanna rolls, barbecue chicken flatbread, and Tibs Watt. Entrees included Filet Mignon with macaroni and cheese, Chermoula Tanglewood Chicken with goat cheese potatoes, and Maize-crusted Halibut with vegetables of the moment. Everyone got their own dessert sampler which included Lemon-White chocolate mousse, flourless chocolate cake, and pistachio creme brulee. The cost of $170/person includes safari, dinner, tip, tax and they also make a contribution to the Wildlife Conservation fund. Hope this helps
