Wanted a Party of 6 for Be Our Guest; but IPO made 3 ADRs for party of 2??

Hey guys,

I have a question. I had requested the Itinerary Planning Office (due to staying Poly Club level) to make our ADRs. We are a family of 6 comign the end of August 2014.

Since Be Our Guest is terribly difficult to get into; the IPO made 3 ressies for every 2 of us. The times were 5:10, 5:15 & 5:20pm; with a special request to be seated together.

What do you guys think; is it possible for us to be seating together?? We are 3 adult and 3 kids. Thx.

Does anyone know if they have a predetermined number of tables for specific sized parties or do they just have a certain capacity for diners? That is, do these "3x2" parties of 6 take the spots/tables normally reserved for 3 parties of 2 or is it just 6 more bodies making it harder for the rest of us with larger families?

I noticed the date and time I'm trying for has openings for parties of 2, but not for my party of 5.

I was being a bit sarcastic, It's a hard reservation to get, I'm not blaming you.

Yeah, I'm not too worried, I have 6 months and I check it compulsively. I'm the OCD planner in my family, this is the last piece of the puzzle to fit before the FP+ madness, so if this is my only worry for the next 4 months, I can handle it.

Well, the good news is you have reservations at BOG.

I think BOG starts dinner seatings at 4:00 so by 5:10-5:20 you'll probably be waiting for the first guests to finish. You can ask the CMs at the podium to seat you at one table and they'll try their best, but there's no guarantee. As it stands you have 3 tables for 2 at the moment. There are tables for 6, but most likely 4 tops are the most common so you'll probably have to wait longer for a 6 top or smaller adjacent tables to become available.

Since you probably just reached the 180 + 10 day mark you could check online yourself and see if any reservations for 6 are available. If not, you have 6 months to keep checking online to see if a cancellation comes back into the system. BOG is the hardest reservation to get at this time, so it does take perseverance.

I'd rather have 1 reservation for 6 which will give me a better chance at a 6 top than 3 tables of 2, but at least you're assured of dinner at BOG.
