I have quite a few Signature restaurants booked for my Sept/Oct trip. I am on the DxDDP. I've been to all of them before, but would like to try something different. What's good (but different) at:

Jiko: have had the maize crusted halibut, filet with macaroni &cheese, tuna tartare, kilamato olive flatbread, and pistachio creme brulee

Flying Fish: had mussels, scallops, cheese plate

California Grill: had sushi, filet, pistachio cake

Citrico: have had gautea of crab, short ribs, berry gratin

Narcoose: have had calamari, cheese plate, steak and lobster, steak and scallops, almond cheese cake

Artist Point: have had mushroom soup, mussels, buffalo steak, salmon, and cobbler

Yachtsman: have had seafood salad, NY Strip, and gelato

Besides what I've already tried, what else is good at these restaurants?:confused3 Thanks!

I have reviews and pics in my May Dining Review in my signature of Citrico's, Jiko, and California Grill. From Citrico's, I love the Filet - it's almost always cooked to perfection (only once did I have it be a little overdone) and the sauce is very delicious. At Jiko, my fav meal is the Swahili Curry Shrimp - I would highly recommend trying it if you like something a little spicy.
