You can definately execute this one with out the kit...signage & brochures (no coupons)
Thanks. But, can we do it with no kit, no display, & no product? That is the question? ;) :rotfl2: j/k :teeth:

OT: Still feel like I might be coming down with the beginnings of a cold or something. When I worked at the bank, & exposed to lots of customers & their filthy cash, I was ALWAYS sick from Oct to March. Insurance agency not so much, because we didn't get so much office traffic, just alot of phone calls.

I think I'm gonna start chugging Airborne & popping more Vitamin C.....AND keep the little bottles of hand sanitizer on me in the stores. With everyone touching these 3M Scotch Brite handles, then me touching them... I'm sure I'm gonna pick up someones cold just in time for my cooking event on Thurs.

Geesh, that's all the stuff I do before a trip to WDW in Dec so I don't get sick & have to cancel my trip. All this crap just for a demo job. Do we get health benefits? :teeth: We should.

You could just stand there all by your lonesome and hand out Hershey kisses and talk about the cool 3M products!! :rotfl:

I can see it now in the What If section:
"Slap that table together & promote the 'product' you Demo Slave"

You can edit it before you print it...

Well at least the people that shop there have an interest in make-up.. unlike doing the Neutrogena event at Walmart... nobody had any interest in trying the foundations & it was boring....

I emailed Taylor an hour & a half ago and surprise surprise she just emailed me back!!!! All time record! She still didn't really answer my question, her response was "I believe its up to $83 for the four hours but I'll confirm with Mass & will let you know if I hear any differently." It's the 'up to' that I was wondering about!!

I actually did think of it, and I even tried to edit it, but it wouldn't let me change anything. Am I doing something wrong? :confused3

You need to have Microsoft Word, just the Word Viewer won't work...

Please forgive me if this has already been posted tonight. I've not had time to go back and read everything.
This is an email I just received this evening from MC:

Re: Current Status of MC/AAE Relationship

Dear Event Personnel:

We have received many inquiries from All About Events personnel regarding issues including, but not limited to, payment for events, booking future events, and the relationship between All About Events and Mass Connections. We have also been informed that misstatements of fact have been made regarding the current relationship between Mass Connections and All About Events. The purpose of this correspondence is to set the record straight.

Mass Connections and All About Events entered into a contract, which allowed either party the right to cancel that contract upon appropriate notice. Mass Connections exercised its right pursuant to the contract for business reasons and sought an amicable and speedy transfer of stores assigned to All About Events. All About Events is responsible for payment to any event personnel who have performed events for it up to and including Sunday, October 29th.

Mass Connections obtained your application and qualified you for hiring to a Mass Connections authorized agency. Your information will be transferred to the current agency that has work available in your area, SPi. You will be able to book future events by simply logging on and using your current user id and password as of Monday, October 30th. SPi will employ you and SPi will be responsible for all wages earned for performance of SPi events. If you do not wish to have your information transferred to SPi, please email us at cbuddemeyer@spi-instore.com and we will remove you from the database.

Thank You,
MassConnections.

That's my b-day so a nice gift would be to sign in on Monday and have TONS of events to choose from! :thumbsup2

I picked one up in December aswell for Ulta. Somehow, I cant see putting my MC table up in the makeup store. Wonder how that one is going to work?

Hey Dragonfly, was the 83 dollars in reference to the Wine events. I am banking on the 83 dollars being apart of the payment for the testing.

Yep... I'm figuring the pay rate is:
$56 - 4 hr event
$12 - Enhanced event (like Proplan)
$15 - testing fee (similar to the 'bonus' we got for viewing the Tassimo DVD)
=$83

But I'm wondering if I'll just get the extra $15 for the initial event & not subsequent events (I'm booked for eight of them!) Don't get me wrong $68 is nice for a four hour event but $83 (x8) would be S-W-E-E-T!!

I'm booked for the 11/19 Tassimo. Are they supposed to send me a DVD? That would be good because I have no clue how to work that thing!! And I'd enjoy getting paid to watch it! popcorn::

Yep, you'll get the kit in 3 boxes, including the brewer & detailed instructions/DVD...

Hi there! What part of Kansas do you live in if you don't mind me asking. Also, do you get many events?

Thank you to everyone else. I found an e-mail address of someone who maybe able to get my password. If not I'll call the number on the previous page. This whole process is getting fusterating. I began this whole process in July...ugh
If this whole big, long post wasn't here i would have given up long ago.

I'm in the Wichita area. How about you??
I don't have any events now until I get moved over to SPi. I had my only 2 events 1 week apart in Sept.! Hope when this all get's worked out with MC and SPi, I'll have more to choose from! I do work so I can't do as many days as other people on here do.
I signed up in May and my 1st event was not until Sept. so don't feel bad!

Kits received.

I only received 1 kit for the 3 "3M Scotch Brite" events I'm running.

And I received kit for Barber Foods which is a week from today.

Got my Barber Foods kit today also. I also picked up an extra Barber event on off date this morning. At least I have two things booked for Nov now. :thumbsup2 Hoping for some more things to pop up after Oct. 30.
