Want to drop Comcast...opinions on Verizon Fios?

About how many shows can you save on the multi-room dvr? I'm afraid that one dvr won't be enough for our family.

You can add a DVR expander to some settop boxes, which is another hard drive connected to the box.

I have about 50 hours of programs saved & it's 79% full.

That seems like more than I get now with Time Warner.

We have 6 tvs-2 with dvrs. The way the Verizon rep on the phone explained it is that we would have 4 regular boxes, 1 whole house dvr and 1 regular dvr. If I understand correctly-the 4 regular boxes would be able to access programs that are taped on the whole house dvr. Is that right?
