Well its DB 50th birthday end feb and I wanted us to go as a suprise for an 8 day break somewhere and as we have dvc and AP it would just mean a little spending money and flights.
Would be just the two of us.Was looking at end march or april.Flights are around £600-700 which is a lot I think as not much more for august when we are going for 18 nights.
Any help would be appreciated as never been at this time of the year.

dont mind indirect.

Just Shop around we got indirect for £420 in the Easter holidays so it's very possible!

Ok thanks. Dont want to go anywhere near easter.May just wait till 2 weeks before.Im sure there will be something

Have a play around with dates - try skyscanner, kayak, expedia.

I was getting £530 for some dates in June - remember you are better picking midweek flights for best prices usually.

I wouldn't wait until that close to your departure date as sometimes the cheapest scheduled fares have minimum advance purchase requirements of 28 days (sometimes less, but I think always more than 7). Charter flights can offer good deals nearer departure date, but I think you'd struggle to get 8 days rather than 7 or 14.

No I understand; my point was that if we were able to get flights for £420 in the Easter holidays then you should be able to get something for a similar price outside of those dates. Easter holidays usually carry a hefty premium on flights.

April is coming up pretty cheap with Thomas Airways if you dont mind flying into Sanford.

Just wanted to say thanks for the replys .After looking at our DVC points chart march april may are one of the highest times to go point wise:confused3.So we are now looking at going november/december for 9 nights on our own(kid free) BUT theres always new york:rotfl:Decisions decisions:banana:
