Hey warriors,

I am back from my vacation! I am sorry to say I have no hours to report for last week, with being on vacation and recatching the cold I had before I left. :sad2: I am on the mend now though I think. Vacation was fun, It was hard getting back to work today.

I did 30 minutes of pilates tonight and plan to jump back on the TM tomorrow.

Thanks for the bday wishes stacey and tracy. Had a lovely day!

Just had a very disappointing run of 3.5miles. I'd gone out hoping to do 6 but it was just too humid. Don't think it helped that i'd not slept much as i had an interview this morning, so reluctantly i stopped. Came back- stretched, foam rollered myself and cooled down on WiiFit for total exercise of 60mins

I did 30 min of Pilates for Dummies and stretching.

Great Work Warriors!!

Yikes, I haven't posted my time and miles yet this week! Let's see if I can remember it all....

MONDAY...90 minutes of tennis
TUESDAY...Horrible 3.3 mile run (5 miler planned), followed with time on the elliptical and core for 1:40 total time.
WEDNESDAY...4.75 mile run (tempo) plus strength training and stretching = 80 minutes.

I will try to post later today with my results. Have a ride planned, so we'll see...

Happy Birthday, Kate!

Keep going, Warriors! :goodvibes

Hey kids!

I've been too guilt-ridden to check on our team's progress. I did walk 9 very slow miles last week, but think that's the last I'll be doing for awhile. (Insert variety of whiny pregnancy complaints here!)

BUT, on the bright side, I bought a bright green planner and printed out a half schedule. I've already penciled in all my runs/workouts starting with mid-October. The really beautiful thing about having started with the Goofy is that my schedule for the half looks totally reasonable! ;) (Keeping in mind that I'm not planning on worrying about my speed...) Y'all remind me that I said it was reasonable when I'm whimpering in November!

Jen it's so lovely to see you back and please don't be in the slightest guilt ridden! You've got a fantastically exciting reason not to be exercising (altho 9miles def counts to me!).

Erika my goodness woman you're inspiring. How on earth do you get along with such an intense workout schedule?

After yesterday's rubbish run i made myself go back out today. Planned a 10km and WOULD DO IT! I did! Took a couple of extra walk breaks and drank lots more than usual both because of the heat but it took 58mins for actually what turned out to be 6.3 miles. Did another 10mins of stretching too.

That'll be it for this week so totals: 19.1 miles, 197 mins

6.1 mile run in 62:00 + 1.25 mile walk w/the spousal unit in 21:00

7.35 total in 83:00

t- 38.75 run / 22.2 mile bike

Visited my Mount Trashmore after work for 4 miles in 58 min 3sec. Plus add 5 min of a cool down.

2 miles, 27:30. First day back at the running after a 2 week hiatus! It went well and my legs felt really good. I felt bad being lazy, but maybe i needed the rest.

Hi everyone,

Since there's been thunderstorms in both the morning and evening, tonight was the first I was able to get out this week. I did 3 miles, 38 minutes. Stacey and dd walked this evening, they did 30 minutes together, she will post the mileage tomorrow.

Please excuse the interruption!

Hey guys, if you haven't noticed, Judy & myself are trying to entice as many WISHers as possible to voluntEAR as Sports Enthusiasts for Marathon Weekend.
