I did a random night shift last night which unfortunately fell on my birthday, but i have great work friends so it was like a party once the residents were settled! Unfortunately, both of the nurses were late this morning meaning we had to stay an extra 1hr 15mins!!! After 10 1/2 hr shift

. One very mini sleep later i hit the gym, ran 3.1miles, cycled 6.2 stretched for 7 mins and rolled on my shiny new foam roller for 10 when got home= total 69mins. Whoop.
