Hey Warriors!

t- 51.85 run / 51.2 mile bike

Today I did 4 miles in 63:14 minutes. I'm moving on like a heard of turtles!!!! LOL

Keep on moving Warriors!

Hi everyone,

I thought that I would get out there this morning and beat the hot and humid weather. No such luck!! At 6:00 it was disgusting, but I still went. I did 3.66 miles in 55 minutes. I hope this breaks soon. Have a great rest of the weekend!!

I just got a ,"what, you don't post for me?"...Stacey did 2 miles, 30 minutes.

Oops, I forgot to mention my 30 min of working out in the pool this morning.

Yeah Warriors!!

Where are all the Warriors!!!

I did 8 miles today. 2 hours and 12 seconds. Not a great time, but just wanted to get out there and survive and not kill myself.

Double miles for me!!! I did a 5K on Saturday! 3.1 (make that 6.2!!!). Total time w/ stretching and all... 55 min.

Stacie

Haallooooo Warriors! Long time, no see! I haven't had anything to report since the tri last weekend after coming down with a nasty summer cold. Finally was able to get in a run tonight...4 miles in 51 min. Pretty good for slow me!

Stacie congratulations on your 5km and double miles  That's a great time to have included stretching too.

Michelle sorry to hear you've not been well, but wahoo for getting back out there.

Tracy ha ha, you feeling lonely oh warrior one? :rotfl: That's *** you're doing so well and have oodles to report!!!! Keep it up!

Jeff i really feel for you with such difficult running conditions. great effort completing 3.66 miles (and to stacey for her 2!!!).

Barb :rotfl: i love that expression- might steal it! My other favourite is 'mad as a box of frogs'!!! You're doing great.

Jim you're challenge is counting down fantastically. Not so happy to hear about the stomach churning workout- but great work.

Roxy Let the training begin!!! Another fab run and what a challenge to be aiming for- go goofy go.

Erika what a shame you ran out of time, but how cool is it that you know you could have made 9. Just to keep in with tradition... brilliant workout

I did a random night shift last night which unfortunately fell on my birthday, but i have great work friends so it was like a party once the residents were settled! Unfortunately, both of the nurses were late this morning meaning we had to stay an extra 1hr 15mins!!! After 10 1/2 hr shift  . One very mini sleep later i hit the gym, ran 3.1miles, cycled 6.2 stretched for 7 mins and rolled on my shiny new foam roller for 10 when got home= total 69mins. Whoop.

It is INSANELY hot here today.......... Heat Index is 101º at my house right now. It was about 97º when (for some silly reason) I went running a couple of hours ago. I hydrated copiously prior to running (drank about 32 oz of powerade in the hour prior to going) & took a quart bottle with me.

With all that, I managed a 5.7 mile run/walk in 1:08. Not exactly a "light 'em on fire" pace, eh what? And I went through the entire bottle I carried with me.

Really brutal conditions. But if I can go in this, more moderate conditions should be a breeze (Breeeze?? Where??!!).

The warriors are looking great! Keep at it, but stay safe!!

t - 46.1 miles run / 51.2 mile bike.

Well another plus 100 degree day today. I am so ready for this to end. I think we are like at 30 plus days this summer.:scared: Oh, well enough whining 7 mile run 1:07 for today.

2.55 miles in 40 minutes

We've had quite a few people struck by lightning around here. Please be careful out there!
