Walt was part of a secret society

A new book is coming out that claims Walt Disney was part of a secret society. The book has documented evidence from several areas of expertise that Walt was a head Mason in the High Mason Society.

Other members include: Oral Roberts, Harry Truman and Jerry Falwel.

Walt was part of the Great Masons who were higer than the Free Masons and held a greater degree of secrets about the mysteries of life. Rumor has it that they created stories to purposly mislead society to hide their real truths. Also, one of the first people on the Roswell site were from the High Mason Society and supposedly have been working wth higher intelligence from another planet.

My great grandfather often mentioned that he knew Walt Disney and was a member of a society like this with him. I always assumed he was delusional, but perhaps he wasn't. Thanks for sharing, this is very interesting.

Just an FYI. That is not an accurate comparison. This group Walt is being linked to is very different

Technically I'm not sure Walt Disney was ever a Freemason. I know he was in the Order of DeMolay, which is a teen group affiliated with Freemasonry (sort of like a "male Rainbow Girls" except DeMolay was created first), but I don't recall hearing that he ever joined a Lodge after turning 21. I take that back, IIRC Dan Brown mentions it in The Da Vinci Code, but that is not exactly an authoritative source.

Harry Truman was also a Mason, very active, served as Grand Master of Missouri at one point.

Wish I could fill you in on the Freemasons involvement with the aliens at Roswell as well, but we need to keep SOME secrets...

I am a Freemason and have been my entire adult life. What I know about WD and masonry is that Both Walt and Roy were masons. Roy left the fraternity when he married. His wife was Catholic. The Catholic church frowns on it's members being masons and Roy thought it was disloyal to his wife to remain a member. Walt was a member but was NEVER very active, let alone a "Head" mason. (The head of a lodge is called the "Worshipful Master". The head of the fraternity for a state is called the "Grand Master" for that State's "Grand Lodge". Roughly half of our presidents have been masons (from all parties) and most of the founding fathers were masons (masonic tradition has a lot of parallels with the structure of our governmental traditions).

Note: Oral Roberts and Jerry Falwell are not known to be masons. It would be inconsistant for them to be so as Freemasonry centers itself on the sharing of many religious traditions. Very conservative fundamentalists would be uncomfortable with Islamic or Jewish traditions being brought into their lodge life.
