Walt Disney Biogrpahies

So I have decided to get a Walt Disney biography and I am stuck between " WALT DISNEY: AN AMERICAN ORIGINAL" by Bob Thomas and Walt Disney: The Triumph of the American Imagination by Neal Gabler. Does anyone have knowldge on these two books? Which one would be the best to get? Which is balanced yet not centered on negativity? Also I have been thinking of getting "How to be like Walt" Anyone know?

I've got and read both the Thomas and Gabler books. Both were good, but I liked the Gabler better of the two.
