I was in Walmart the other day and found 4 packs of a Duck brand (I don't remember the name, sorry) tape runner. I know I've used them before for card making/scrapbooking.
They had them in the Crayola aisle in a clearance section. There was a package of 4 of them for $4.50. I think I bought the single one of these for $2.50 or more.
I bought 2 of these clearance ones and they had several left.
I also got retractable permanent markers 2/$.50
