Wall-E still in the Parks?

I was wondering if the talking Wall-E still appears in the Parks some times?

I haven't seen him around.. They used to have a cut out of him near for pics, but that was taken away some time ago.

Only thing they *ever* had was a cutout back between TOT and Monsters Inc. And that's been gone for awhile now.

He's a big part of WOC though. And you can get the Wall E pressed pennied in the arcade on mainstreet.

This was removed about a year ago.

I thought the only time he was out for a meet and greet was the D23 expo.
