- 20 years after the Axiom landed, the intro shows Wall-E and Eve cleaning up the earth, EVEs #2 and 3 digging wells, EVE #4 operating the incinerator, and EVE #5 gathering seeds and plants. All other robots do work as in the epilogue of Wall-E 1. The humans start working out and exit obesity. The other, deactivated EVE probes were unloaded and reprogrammed to have a personality and detect storms. The probe will buzz and flash her red light in case of a storm. They were all activated.
- The next day, Wall-E goes out for a recharge, with Eve following him. She accidentally harms the cockroach, then she looks down at the cockroach, and tells it to go inside the truck. Wall-E finds a tower PC, a PC power supply, an SSD, a plasma gun, ammunition, and a map during his work. After work, he brings all his findings to his truck.
- After a long workday, Wall-E starts the PC for the first time, connects himself to the PC, and makes a backup of his personality using an app called "Wall-E Configuration Tools". Eve also makes her backup of her personality on the PC.

- AUTO is turned on by an unsuspecting child (accidentally, because he was curious) in the Axiom. He is furious that he fails his directive and attempts to destroy Earth. EVE #3, 4, and 5 are chosen to defeat the rogue Axiom.
- EVE #3, 4, and 5 carry Wall-E, Wall-E’s gun, and Captain as they fly towards the Axiom and board it to fight AUTO. Eve wants to go with him but a sandstorm comes, locking her inside Wall-E's truck.
- Once the robots arrive on the Axiom, they see the kid and EVE #5 gets mad at him because she thought he intentionally activated AUTO.
- She tries to go after the kid but is stopped by EVE #3. She tells EVE #5 that there is no way a kid could have intentionally activated AUTO. Then AUTO appears and zaps EVE #5. She starts to shut down and lose power. EVE #3 and #4 shoot the ray gun at AUTO and it shoots off AUTO’s arm.
- Meanwhile, Eve is tired of waiting. She redecorated Wall-E’s truck and reorganized Wall-E’s trinkets by weight instead of type. After the storm went away, she finds a VR headset in the dump and plays a game. She also finds a trumpet, drums, and a piano in the dump, working fine, then brings it to Wall-E’s truck. She also finds an electric car and its key, and goes on a joyride, jumping over ramps, racing down hills, etc at full speed before parking it next to Wall-E’s truck. (If it were a movie, Eve presses the car’s POW-R button, shifts to Drive, displays this on her face then slams her thruster on the accelerator. She has happy eyes during the ride.)
- After parking, Eve was urged to join the battle against AUTO, but she has no idea where the Axiom went.
- EVE #4 tries to save EVE #5 but is chased by renegade Wall-As, but EVE #5 rammed herself to the neck of AUTO, damaging her even more. AUTO, in revenge, summoned multiple GO-4s to fight off the EVEs, Wall-E, and the Captain.

- The rogue AUTO is now destroyed.
- After EVE #3, 4, and 2, Wall-E, and McCrea come out of the immobilized Axiom, they come out and the rejected robots celebrate them. When Wall-E returns to his truck, Eve hugs and kisses him happily.
- Former Captain McCrea finds Shelby Forthright's broadcaster and calls all BnL Starliners to Earth.

- Credits-Eve plays “Define Dancing” on the piano she’d salvaged earlier.
- Epilogue-M-O chases Wall-E with the help of Eve. Then, he’s cleaned in the BnL Bot Repair Center building by Eve, the Repair Ward robots, and M-O. Eventually, Wall-E and Eve marry each other.
