Walking tours of Nassau

Is a walking tour doable with DD9 and DD5? Is it worth doing? How much time should we plan? Just booked the Dream for March 2015 and we're starting to explore our options. We want to maximize ship time, but see a few sites too!

We did Frommer's with our 3 1/2 year old. It took just over 2 hours. We enjoyed it. We ended up back in town, browsed in a couple of stores and got back on the ship. Go early before it gets too hot. It was just a nice (and free) way to see a bit of town. We had no hassles and when we got a little lost a couple of times, people were nice to put us back on track.
