From my first adult trip to Disney, just about all I can remember was how much my feet hurt.
About 10 years later when we were going back with kids, I walked into a good shoe store (where all the old ladies went!) and told them I needed sandals for Disney, I didn't want hurt feet. That was in 2005. I paid just about $100 for them then. They are STILL my favorite shoes. Still usable, though just noticed a small tear in the leather of one of the sandal straps. It killed me to pay that money for them, but it was totally worth it. I went back a few years later and got another color of that brand sandal. Just went back for a new style this month. They are the most comfortable, and longest lasting pair of well worn shoes I've ever had.
So while I get that spending that kind of money on shoes seems crazy, spending all the money for a Disney vacation and having hurting feet because you didn't want to spend more money on good shoes seems silly.
Not saying you haven't gotten some great suggestions here, and I hope you can find good sandals for your trip, that don't hurt your feet. I couldn't find anything that worked for my feet that were under $100.
