Walking from Epcot to the Studios?

That's considered attacking people? Okay. You're right half of the posts on here have been answered before . Actually it's probably much more than half and if people took a few minutes to look for it, they would most likely find the answer to their question fairly quickly. Just because the search function isn't always running, does that mean you can't browse through a few pages to try to find your answer? It's not exactly difficult to press a button to go to the next page a couple of times, is it?

Are you sure you are on the right board? I am sorry but I have never heard of anyone more inconsiderate than you! The search function hardly ever works, and if you want to search every page - you can go right ahead and do so, but I have a life that I must attend to and dont have the time to browse the million plus threads created.

Learn some respect!

I just love Dole Whips, don't you? Mmmmmmmm..... I could really go for one right now. :goodvibes

Anyhoo, I don't think anyone said they walked from Epcot to MGM in 15 mins. We walked from BW to MGM in 15, but I'm sure it would take closer to 30 walking from Epcot. We walked it in the hot sun, and it was still an enjoyable walk. It's mostly shade, so it's not too bad.

I have done it! It isn't too far. You just walk from Epcot, past the BC and YC over a bridge past the BW and you're there. We strolled (read that as took our sweet old time), and it took us about 10 minutes, maybe 15. It is a very nice walk and it seemed faster than the boat. It makes stops at all of the hotels before it goes to MGM...

I enjoy those particular items as well.

See post #2 for the 15 minute reference.

Robo & RobertP, thanks for clarifying that for me! :goodvibes I read that as it took 15 mins from BW, BUT I probably read it that way because it took ME 15 mins from BW. To someone who doesn't know better, I'm sure they would think it was 10-15 mins total.

Thanks again! :thumbsup2

Dan, here is a hug and a wave from me also. I have missed seeing you around the boards and had been a bit worried. Maybe we were just not in the same place at the same time.

We just celebrated 5 years in the Suite. Amazing!!

:grouphug: :wave2:

SG/Linda (who is not going to be able to walk anywhere with all the FREE food she is going to be eating for 20 days)

My son did this twice last weekend. He beat the boat for a good ten or twelve minutes on the trip between MGM and Epcot.

End of June we were getting dangerously close to ADR time @ LeCellier, running to the dock - watching the boat sail away. It was close to 100 degrees & 98% humidity...don't know about everyone else but, that's = death march for me.

We made it to LeCellier in less than 15 min., but it was miserable going...kept telling family to go ahead & leave me behind - forget O'hana;) but, they persisted & poked me along.

We all enjoy the boat ride, cool & nice transition/decompression time.

why is everyone in such a big hurry @ WDW, enjoy the journey:banana:

I'm lost.

Are you complaining about a "slow boat" or bragging about a "fast son"?

:goodvibes

This might have already been mentioned but 2 different friendship captains told me that it is 1.3 miles from inter gateway to MGM bag check area folling the pathway.
