Walking from DLR to VGC

How long does it take to walk from the DLR to VGC? We have a split stay, so we will be changing hotels. Is there a possibility that the bags can be moved by bell services? Thanks

It's about one-third of a mile from the center of the Esplanade to the lobby of the GCH. So, it depends a little on how fast you walk, but probably about 10 minutes (probably takes a little longer to get into the parks because you have to go through bag check). In terms of bag services, it depends on where you've moving to and from. If it's between GCH and one of the other on-site hotels (e.g., PPH or DLH) then it's probably possible (it was back in 2014), but if it's to an off-site hotel, then they would not be able to transfer your luggage.

Villas Grand Californian is a small part of the Grand Californian Hotel which is part of Disneyland Resort, so you are already in the resort. VGC is the most distant wing of GCH, so it is a 5 minute walk to the Esplanade.

...Is there a possibility that the bags can be moved by bell services?

According to several reports on this board Bell Services will move bags between DLR hotels (VGC, GCH, DLH, PPH), although I have not seen an official policy.
