Walking distance

Can anyone tell me how long it will take to walk Kouzzina by Cat Cora (on the Boardwalk, I think next to Flying Fish) to Beaches and Cream Cafe? Thinking about ice cream after dinner, but don't know if the 4 yo can walk that far after a long day! Also, does anyone know long a cab will take to go from WL to Kouzzina? Then can we ask for a cab at the Yacht club Resort (like you would at any other hotel) to take us back to WL. New at this! Thanks

I'd estimate the walk from Kouzzina to Beaches and Cream to be about 5 minutes as a regular pace. It is not a long walk at all.

I'll let someone else answer about the cabs as we usually rely on Disney Transportation.

It is actually a really nice walk around the lake... Maybe if you are walking slow it would take 10 minutes. If your son is too tired though, you can hop on a boat and take it across the lake.

Walk from Kouzzina to B&C: 5 - 10 minutes, depending on speed of walking.
Cab ride from YC/BC to WL: 10 - 15 minutes. There are usually a few cabs waiting, but if it is a busy time, you may also have to wait for them to get a cab.

You can do this, but it turns a 5 - 10 minute walk into a 20+ minute trip. There is a short walk from Kouzzina to the boat dock, then a wait for a boat (could be up to 15 minutes), then the boat loading/boat ride/boat unloading process, and then a walk from the boat dock at YC to B&C. Unless you have patience, time to kill or just really want to ride the friendship boats, the walk is much easier and quicker.

Even longer, I think? Doesn't the boat go DHS -> Dolphin/Swan -> BC/YC -> BW -> Epcot -> Boardwalk - > YC/BC -> Dolphin/Swan -> DHS?

Yes, that's correct. One would get on an Epcot > Studios boat, which would go from the Boardwalk to the YC/BC (rather than a Studios > Epcot boat, which goes in the other direction).
