Walk from Poly to TTT

Hello, we have a trip to Poly scheduled from October 9-13 and just learned that the monorail will no longer stop there beginning in early October. How far of a walk is it over to the TTT from the Ploy Villas? I am debating on just staying there or trying to move to another location. Thanks.

We were in Moorea and thought the walk to the TTC was shorter than the walk to the Ceremonial House or the boat dock. It was nice to be able to choose between the ferry, and the express monorail, It was definitely a better way to get to and from EPCOT!

It's not much different than walking to the Poly stop, actually closer if your in Morea or Pogo Pogo

Thank you! can you also get to MK from the TTT... Yes i don't think after hearing from you all I will change it. I think during this crazy time there are probably going to be cons at all of them.

Have a great stay! As others said the walk is surprisingly short from PVB to TTC

We stayed at the Poly in July and willingly walked over to TTC to use the ferry. Monorail has been challenging due to reduced passenger capacity. Near park opening, you could be standing on the platform for 20-30 minutes waiting for enough empty cars to take everyone.

Our very first trip to WDW in 1997, we stayed in Moorea. Every time we took the monorail, we walked to the TTC instead of going to the main building. It was easier.

Well, I guess it doesn't matter now because Poly is being closed until next summer for refurb...sorry

I hated to have to go around and join the security line with those people from the parking lot. Was a lot nicer when Poly had its own entrance, similar to BLT security.

This is good information, I have a reservation early March and was concerned about the monorail being down. Does anyone know how much construction will be going on in the Ceremonial house since that is the location of restaurants?

We also just go to the TTC when we stay there unless we were wanting to get something at the GCH just prior to heading to MK. It's the same distance or maybe even closer in some cases and you have the choices of Ferry, resort monorail or express monorail. I too wouldn't change based on the resort monorail not stopping at the GCH.

Agreed!! Its why I prefer Poly to other resorts.

The bigger disappointment is the Epcot monorail being closed. It was nice to just walk to the TTC to grab the Epcot monorail.

Is that something new? I knew that the monorail at the Poly was going to close. Haven't read anything about the EPCOT monorail being closed.

I don't believe it reopened when WDW did. Definitely not new anyway.
