Hi All,
Obesity awareness is definitely growing in this country. On Saturday, Sept. 20th (Tomorrow) there will be a nation-wide Walk From Obesity. Most walks will be very loose and in the 2 mile range. If anyone would like more information or would like to participate, go to http://www.walkfromobesity.com and click on the map to locate a walk in your area.
Please be advised that the NJ walk in Madison/Chatham has been canceled due to high winds (they couldn't put up the tents) but the other walks are still scheduled. I will probably attend the NYC or the SI walk instead. Now that Isabel is gone it's lovely outside.
