I have Tae Bo too but no vcr and its a vhs tape or I'd alternate.

I used WATP a good bit in the summer, when it's so hot here.....but right now is the best time for outdoor walking in the desert! Don't want to make anyone unhappy......but it was 71 and sunny here today!

Christmas shopping today was great! I wasn't sorry I'd left it till the last weekend. It was so plesant to walk around and just be out and about today. I always feel sorry for those that have to wade through slush and ice to shop.

It's always nice to see another Zonie on the DIS!

I'm a newbie to the WISH board, but I have Walk Away the Pounds and haven't used it in a long time. Since I've committed to the 5 in Jan. and to being a Wish buddy, I guess it's time to dust that DVD off.

I've never tried it. Just looked it up online and it looks like a really good program. Unfortunately, with the holidays just over and a new mortgage payment, I can't afford to spend the money on it right now.

Check out Target or Walmart.... you can purchase a tape for under 10 bucks. Try getting the 3 mile, then you can do as any miles as you like. The 1, 2 and 3 mile tapes incorporate weights as well (small hand weights - but you can also lift a bottle of water or some other household item), while the 4 mile is straight walking. They are really great and very affordable!

i got mine on ebay for $10(dvd) it was supposed to be new but it wasn't wrapped but it worked and still does work great.
