Do you have one?Where is it at?We got one in 1994 our # is E02211 and is in front of Magic Kingdom. We visit it on each trip and it is getting a little worn looking.I think when we got it they said after 10 years Disney had the right to remove it.So this may be the last year we wil get to see it.:( We have a Leave A Legacy tile at Epcot but it is not has special has our brick.:wave2:

Ours is also in front of MK about 10 bricks over from the entrance to the monorail. You are correct about the 10 year span. From what I've heard, Disney has no plans to replace them anytime soon. But if your brick gets cracked or damaged after 10 years, Disney can just put in a plain filler brick. They don't have to duplicate the one you bought.

I always wish I had bought a brick. I think that was such a good idea, even if they can replace them after ten years. I really am not a fan of Leave a Legacy and miss the open space at the Epcot entrance.

JMHO :wave2:

Yes we do, Danny. #H20 587, by TTC, near the Poly. I do treasure it and see it on many visits, reminder of our only, to date, all family trip there. We also have two Leave a Legacy's, one of Natalie and Vince, the other, Marie and I. I also like them.

We have one too - we bought it on our honeymoon in 1996. Ours is way down the walk toward the Grand Floridian....where no one ever walks on it! We do make the trek down to see it each time we are there.

BTW- I thought they were going to build the walk around the entire lagoon?

We bought one in late 1994, E06853, not too far from yours, Danny. The last couple times I haven't been able to find ours, I think it's been covered up by the new security tables. Darn! But at least I can look for someone's I know, now.

We got ours in 1999. Its at the TTC towards the Polynesian. :teeth:

ps...I think the cost was about $90ish. You can't get them anymore. :(

my wife and i have a brick, purchased in 1994. it is near the magic kingdom in the walkway to the grand floridian boat dock.

we visited it last saturday. :D

it still looks good as new.

Ours is EO6031, purchased on October 22nd, 1994. It's to the right of the entrance turnstiles, about 30 ft. down and 50 ft. to the right. The way I understand it, the brick will stay as long as it's in good condition, ie: not cracked or chipped. Ours was replaced a little after 8 years in place, as there was a huge gouge in it. We told a CM about it, and it was replaced about a month later. Still looks brand new now. Hope nothing else happens to it, my 10 years will be up in October of this year. Does everyone still have the original certificate that was signed by Roy Disney?

mitros,We have the certificate framed and hanging in Mickey room at home here.::yes:: :wave2:

Yes, we have one. It's in front of the elephant topiaries. I LOVE that brick! I surprised my husband and son with it years ago. My husband was admiring the bricks when we arrived at MK. I said "follow me". He was quite impressed that we had one too!

We have two. One is on the walkway going to the GF, too. # W09 152 It's close to the boat dock they don't use very often. Our other one is at TTC, too. It's near one of the water fountains outside the ticket area. #H16 601 These seem to be popular spots. :-D We also did the Leave a Legacy in EPCOT. But that's only a picture of DH and I. Now you can put names, etc. I like that idea better.

We've got one at the TTC right by one of the three flag poles. Its right where the tram riders walk through to the monorail. Its convenient for us to visit every time we go to MK, but its high-traffic area leaves it pretty worn.

It's sinking a bit, and last trip we noticed a big piece of gum on it  (at least it doesnt cover any letters though).

We've always enjoyed visiting it, and I hope they come up with something to replace that program someday (and not Leave a Legacy)..

I guess now we know why Walt did not want gum sold in the parks!

My dh surprised me during our wedding reception 8 yrs ago, with our brick! I was floored, because he doesn't even like WDW! He just puts up with my obsession... ;)

Ours is on the right walkway at MK also. For the last 2 yrs we have taken our 2yo dd, we have forgotten to visit it. I guess we get so excited about being there, it completely skips our mind! I really need to do this next time, so I can get a photo of our dd by our brick!

Too bad they won't give them back to us at the end of the 10 years... ;)
