Looks like you had a great dinner at the WCC! We went there in 2010 for DH's B-day and they gave him a cupcake too but at the end of our meal as dessert. We couldn't fit anything else in either. LOL at the Canyon Jail, it was Good of your Hubby to "take the rap" for her. LOL

WWC was very fun and food was good. I did think it weird the cupcake came first!

Great updates! That doll bed she got is super-cool; it's something I would have definitely wanted back when I was a kid! Of course, I didn't have dolls that big, but Barbie could have hung out in there somewhere.

I've never eaten at Whispering Canyon before; it's on my short-list of must dos. However, I'm a ketchup junkie - if they brought me 30 bottles of ketchup, I just might attempt to use them all!!

The food looks good from here, though.

Pretty pictures of the boat ride over to The Wilderness Lodge. Too bad the rain didn't hold off so you could get inside without getting wet. There must be something about rain and the Wilderness Lodge. It rained like crazy while we were at Whispering Canyon last time.

Our ADR at O’hana was for 7:30. I was excited to have gotten this ADR only days before! Originally it was for 6, but after I booked it, I called and changed it to only 3.
But first, I had to put a special note out for Kadence to announce her surprise of the day! MNSSHP!



She found it on the nightstand, and was so surprised, but I think it was a bit too early for a flash to be hitting her in the eyes! LOL



She just wanted to get to MNSSHP then, but we had to explain that it didn’t start until later at night and that she was gonna be large and in charge of the night. This translates into staying up later than she ever does!
We got ready and headed to MK, to get on the monorail to Poly. I couldn’t take pics on the way, as both cameras were fogged up. While we were waiting for out turn at a photo, I had to take my lens cap off to help my DSLR de-fog.
Our Picture that John was suckered into becasue of my fooged up camera!


Soon, we were called, and just in time my camera was good to go!
We were seated, and bread was given yummmmm! No pics, we ate it too fast! Our fruit suffered the same fate!

Kadence was soooo happy to be here, ( it was like a mini surprise)



She had talked about O’hana all summer, of course after my 180 window for ADR’s was past, and I couldn’t find a breakfast to save my life! Thank goodness for the September Cancelations thread here!

Pluto made her jump! She was eating, and I didn’t tell her he was behind her!





No food pics! AHHH, I know, bad DIS’er! But I managed to get a pic of the cupcake they brought Kadence, because she wore her button again!



The parade was starting, and Kadence jumped right in! YAY!



After the parade, we were done eating, and excited to be head to Holly wood Studios!! Rope drop or bust!
First stop, the bathroom so there would be no stopping us as we ran with the masses to TSM!
This is where my heart almost fell out of my chest! I had asked Kadence to hold my DSLR for me, and as I was going to take it back, she held it out to me and dropped it, HARD on the HARD tile floor! It wasn’t her fault, I shouldn’t have asked her to hold it. She started crying and I just told her it was okay, not your fault, and we went to the bus stop. I took a photo of her, but again my camera fogged up. I thought we were good, no damage!



(p.s. my DSLR spent time in the repair shop once we got home!)

What kind of Mama are you flashing a camera flash in your little girls' eyes first thing in the morning? Oh yeah, a Mama that snagged a last minute breakfast ADR at Ohana and was taking her baby girl to MNSSHP!

I liked all of the breakfast pictures but my favorite is the one of Pluto sneaking up on Kadence. You could tell she was totally surprised.

Poor Kadence, she didn't mean to drop your camera. I hate that it upset her so much.

That must have been torture to cough with your incisions! It's bad enough to do the Cough and deep breathing they have you do, but at least you have warning to hold your stomach for that kind...

Yeah, it wasn't the best time to be sick. At least thery are small insisions and not huge cuts like they used to do I had a c-section with Kadence and that was horrid!

I know! I was freaking out when I sae availability for 6, I felt guilty for taking it, but knowing I called right away to change it to 3, that gave another family of 3 a chance.

I love WCC. I have eaten there twice and think it is so fun. We did it for the AEP trip...which of course I have yet to write about.
I do want to go to Ohanas someday. I did get to see the restaurant this past trip at least.

She was thrilled! We told her where we were eating and she got ready so fast! It will probably be a every trip kind place for us.

Yeah... I did think it was fine, as you can't see much on a itty bitty screen on the camera, but when I uploaded my photos I could tell that pictures that shouldn't have had any fuzziness to them were. I'm talking outdoors, no flash needed, during the day (pictures of halloween decor around the flag pole in MK). I had it shipped in and they said a sensor was askew? On the recipt it has it all listed in code UGH! It shoots fine now. I also got a new battery.
I won't be letting anyone hold it now, my watterny expired this month.

We've not done dinner at Ohana, but breakfast is right up our alley! It's such a neat place. Camera was fixed and still under warrenty so all's good!
