Waitlisted for Aulani -questions

I waitlisted Aulani for Dec 28-Jan 3 - I know its a shot in the dark but worth a try.
I guess there is no way to do things like reserve chairs or dining while waitlisted?
Being the holiday week and at capacity I can only imagine what getting chairs will be like

I think you can reserve dining (anyone can dine) but not chairs (pool use is resort guests only).
