Waitlist ?'s

I've only done a waitlist for 1 night before so I'm not sure how it works for longer stays.

Currently I have a cabin at Copper Creek booked for Nov 14-19th, but I'd be happier at another resort with a 2 bed to save the points. All other 2 beds are, of course, waitlist only. How does that work if 1 or 2 nights become available? Or is it all or nothing?
And if it's all or nothing, what are those chances? I would expect slim to none for 5 nights.

If you had the points and willing to do a split stay, you could also put in a waitlist for the first few nights. If it fills, you’d modify the cabin reservation and then out in another wait list for the last few nights,

Smaller waitlists have a better chance of filling, but the big drawback is if they don’t fill, you’d need to comfortable with a split stay.
