I am buying point and waiting for the seller to get their paperwork in. Have you ever had the resale store call them and see when they will be sending them? I am trying to get it done fast as I would like to make a couple of ressies before there isn't any availability. Thanks

I bought at OKW and thought I might have a chance there. My closing date isn't until 7/29 but would be in 2 days if they had the sellers paperwork.
