Waiting on WonderFood- Pre Trip Report

After more than a year of planning, our trip is finally paid in full. Only 43 days till we start our vacation.
We will be on the dining plan. (Next time I want to try the DxDDP).

Our cast:
Me: The Crazy Disney Lady who plans and plans. I am looking forward to dining at a few favorite restaurants and trying a few new ones. I am not a picky eater. I love Creme Brulee and can not get it at any restaurants where we live. Expect me to try Creme Brulee at every opportunity.

DH: Former EXTREMELY picky eater who will try some new foods. Meat and potatoes will be acceptable at any meal. DH does not really like sweets. We will see if he finds a dessert that he loves. DH note, probably not.

DMIL: This is her first trip to Disney. She is a great cook. She said that she will eat anything except snails and sushi.

DD16: Picky eater. Self proclaimed Meatetarian. She believes that chocolate is a major food group and that dessert should come with breakfast.


Our dining reservations have been made since December. This is where we will be eating.

Lunch- Earl Of Sandwich (OOP)
Dinner- Cosmic Rays

June 20 (Father's Day)
Lunch- Sci Fi Dine In (OOP)
Dinner- 50's Prime Time

June 21
Lunch- Flame Tree BBQ
Dinner- Boma

June 22
Lunch- Chefs de France
Dinner- Le Cellier

June 23
Breakfast- Crystal Palace
Lunch- Columbia Harbor House
Dinner- Cosmic Rays or Main Street Bakery

June 24
Lunch- Sunshine Seasons (if we go back to Epcot)
Yak & Yeti or Flame Tree BBQ (if we go back to Animal Kingdom)
Dinner- Back in Houston

We will be starting our vacation tomorrow! We drive to Houston and spend the night. We will be on the 7:45am flight to Orlando on Saturday morning.

Our dining plans remain the same. I will begin posting reviews on Saturday 6/26/10 if all goes as planned.

We are back. Actually returned from Disney in the early morning of 6/25/10, but we had a family reunion to attend on 6/26/10. So now we are home and I can begin a dining review.

Not a spoiler, but I can say that I now have a new favorite food!!!
