Is it 7 days where you phone in day by day? And just tell them what? Just to check your waitlist request I'm assuming. Do the resorts redistribute unused rooms back to DVC or is it strictly last minute cancellations at seven days out?

We are in the same situation but have about 1 month. We are not members and are so worried because we rented points and are not allowed to check with MS to see if we can the two missing nites.

Good luck, keep calling and don't give up. Be nice and offer them cookies, but keep calling often!

Thanks April. Something switches over at 7 days. The list ends and you start phoning in? I'm unsure.

Thanks so much for the good wishes. Chances are slim for me. I'm looking at switching to the BWV but only for standard. Long shot. But then again I'm fine with OKW.

Wishes to you on your missing nights. Don't worry too much about not being able to phone. DVC members wait for automatic changes or a phone call from MS. Whatever we chose. We aren't supposed to call and check anyway. Although some do.
