Nothing at Boardwalk, disappointing round of discounts. Never going to pay that much for a deluxe, just not worth that much to me, looks like full price at riverside.

Does anyone know if they ever release some more rooms later on? Was able to book a royal room at POR but wasn't my first choice.

I'm not sure if it is due to additional releases or just changes in other people's plans, but in years prior, I've had success snagging a room that I couldn't get when the discounts were initially released. Last year, I was in a BW view room at BWI and kept checking for standard view. I snagged on at the 11th hour before our trip for a pretty nice savings. Keep checking!

Switched my POFQ room to a Royal room at POR and save about $600...by cutting short 2 days. Tried to book the other 2 days at ASMu and am having trouble on the website booking the room. Grrrr. Very frustrated! We might just stay off-site for those 2 days since we are doing other things and not spending all day in the parks anyways.

Might be my computer at work giving me problems. Have to hope that I can try again this afternoon when I get home.

Looks like we arrive around the same time. you were able to get a royal room with no problem w/ the discount? My TA was on first thing and couldn't. Did you cut the end of your stay short or your check-in day?

I have been up since 3am Eastern Time. I started checking for availability then. We are going Oct. 12-19. The only availability for our stay has been Animal Kingdom lodge, Caribbean Beach. Pop and All star Music. I called as soon as the phone lines opened, got right thru and the availability was even more limited that what I had seen all morning online. Help me understand how everything could be sold out in under 10 minutes of the phone lines being opened? I am new to Disney and this really, really has me baffled.

I guess I was extremely lucky - I texted my TA (who is also my BFF) as soon as I saw the notice here this morning, and she was able to call in and get my POR RR discounted the 20% for 12/8-18, at about 6:30 am CST. We already had a booking there, and were going anyways, but the discount means that I've already got enough socked away to PIF any time. It's a great way to start a Monday.

I guess I'll be sticking with my Orbitz reservation that just had a 15% discount code. Last year when we booked for December 2-8, Orbitz had rooms that were discounted AND you could stack the discount code, but most of the hotels are just showing no availability this year for our dates. I guess because it is Nov 5-9, the W&D half weekend. I checked at Amex Travel as well, since I had an offer there for $100 off $600 booked through travel, but nothing available there either.

well we moved from movies to POP for a $200 savings.. oh well its a couple of meals I guess. Better than nothing. - No rooms available at POR or POFQ. I was hoping to move up. dang!

I was able to get what I'd hoped for- one night at the yacht club at the end of our stay! Standard view for $349. Pretty good! It's a surprise for the whe family. My kids will get to swim the day away at storm along bay ;-)

No luck with a discount for our stay at GF SL in November, in fact I was told the resort is booked solid except for 1 RPC room available. However, if you are going the week of November 23 the discount will apply. Hopefully this will help someone be able to get their discount

On hold now- expected wait time is 45 minutes. I tried to modify online - the change button is there, but when I press it, it just reloads the current page. I tried like a billion times. I also tried logging out of mde and logging back in and also tried on my tablet as well. Hopping I get through while there's still availability. I'm booked at the BC over Thanksgiving so only my last 3 nights would be eligible. Fingers crossed.... Wishing everyone else luck that's also out there trying!

I looked at the discounts on Disney's web site, then booked on Orbitz for an additional discount. It's only for one night in early December, so I'm splurging on a Royal Room at Riverside.
