Waiting for Disney

Hi can anyone advise how long it takes Disney to send paperwork for DVC's bought through the Timeshare Store,

we completed on 17th Nov and almost immediately received an email from Disney with a pin number, Timeshare store have sent our sellers signed paperwork to us but we have been told we need a password from Disney which will come with our owners pack, can anyone confirm this, and how long should this take.

I think it took a while BUT you can call Member Services today and get all the password/membership info you need to start playing with your points...

To call Member Services from UK I think it's: 0800-89-0011. You have to wait for a message and then dial the US no: 1-800-********...

I don't do this very often as I use the website for all transactions...
